1000 CALORIE POWER LEG CIRCUIT
This class is designed to burn lots of calories while strengthening and toning all the muscles of the lower body such as; Abductors, Adductors, Calves, Gluteus, quads, and hamstrings.

Core work out with a focus on the abs.
CARDIO BOXING BOOT CAMP
This work out includes upper body strength and endurance from the boxing perspective. It is about plyometrics, cardio, and body weight training. You burn an extreme amount of calories in 60 minutes.
LOSE THE WEIGHT AND SCULPT THE UPPER BODY CIRCUIT
Training the larger muscles of the upper body. Focus on Latissimus Dorsi, Pectorial, Deltoids, Triceps and Biceps. This is an indoor/outdoor bootcamp that focuses on building muscles and burning fat. Also keeping the lower body muscles working

Calisthenics exercises intend to increase body strength and flexibility using light weights with movements such as bending, swinging, twisting, kicking, and many other various activities engaging the arms, legs, torso, neck, back – basically every muscle group in your body!
