Marisol Brito Name:Marisol
Bio: Certified AFAA trainer and group fitness expert

Marisol Armijo Brito, a certified AFAA trainer and group fitness expert, was inspired by her father to exercise and eat well. She began ballet at age five and her love of exercise grew from there. At age 11 she began her running career where she placed first in her age group in the Los Alamos 5K. She continued running and joined both the Cross-Country and Track teams in High School. After graduation, she learned a valuable lesson, that exercise is a life choice. She chose to stop and she promptly gained 15 pounds. To get back into shape she became a group fitness instructor. That was 20 years ago and she is still living a healthy life-style today. Her most remarkable physical adventure was continuing her Ashtanga yoga practice throughout her pregnancy where she gained 43 pounds, topping out at 167 pounds. That was 4 years ago and now she enjoys personal training, teaching yoga and caring for her son.

Marisol believes in continually studying and growing both physically and mentally. She continues to challenge herself and her clients through new and innovated ways of exercising. Through customized routines, Marisol connects with each client and inspires them to choose fitness to grow young in body, mind and spirit.
