prior to your first session. By having the forms filled out prior to your first visit you'll be able to utilize your first session to begin your fitness program instead of just filling out paper work and answering questions.
We hope you see that XPAC is Albuquerque's most unique human fitness laboratory, and not just another gym or fitness center. We take pride in you and your results! We also offer our clients a personal page on our site that allows you and your trainer to track your results. Online accounts will be setup after your 3rd session and by your request to your personal trainer.
