    Monday was my first full day on the Paleo diet. I missed having something crunchy after my workout but I snacked on some veggie chips from Whole Foods instead. It helped get the "crunchy" satisfaction. I do have a question though, during the first 30 days can I eat anything out of the cookbook or is that for a later phase?
